INTERNSHIPS AT TONGLEN

For many years we have offered the availability to follow internships for students of Counseling Schools. Aspirants can contact our secretariat to verify if there is already an agreement in place or if we can stipulate one with their training school.

HOW TO DO IT

After a careful interview to evaluate the motivations and skills of the student and after having verified the training needs with the school, we move on to the drafting of a training project that responds both to the needs of the student and to the availability of our team. The student is required to participate in the activities organized by the Association throughout the academic year. Finally, we proceed to insert the student into the "extended" team and subsequently, after adequate specific training on empathic accompaniment, into the micro-team that follows the individual cases.

TUTORING

The student receives the supervision of an Organization Tutor who monitors the progress of the internship and remains available for questions and clarifications throughout the training path.
